These Terms & Conditions govern access to the AIDevExpert website and the general basis on which we discuss, quote, deliver, and support digital services. Project-specific proposals and signed agreements may include additional or different terms.
Please read these terms before using the website or purchasing services. If a written proposal, statement of work, invoice, or contract conflicts with these general terms, the project-specific document will control for that engagement.
By accessing this website, submitting an inquiry, approving a proposal, paying an invoice, or otherwise engaging AIDevExpert, you confirm that you have read and accepted the terms applicable to your use or project.
If you act for a company or another organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the website or purchase our services.
AIDevExpert provides digital services that may include website design and development, e-commerce, maintenance, SEO, content, paid advertising, graphic design, AI automation, integrations, consulting, and related technical support.
The exact deliverables, platform, features, exclusions, assumptions, price, revision allowance, and support period for a project should be stated in the relevant proposal, scope of work, invoice, message thread, or contract. Information on the website is general and does not by itself create a commitment to provide a particular service.
To help us deliver work effectively, the client must provide accurate instructions, timely feedback, approvals, content, credentials, brand assets, product information, and access to relevant accounts or systems.
The client is responsible for confirming that all supplied text, images, trademarks, data, products, claims, software, and other materials can lawfully be used. The client must also review deliverables, test important business functions, maintain secure account credentials, and obtain any legal, tax, regulatory, accessibility, privacy, or industry-specific advice required for their business.
Delays caused by missing content, access, approvals, third-party providers, changed requirements, or client inactivity may move the delivery schedule and may require a revised quote.
Fees and payment stages are stated in the relevant proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Refund eligibility, if any, depends on the project agreement, work already performed, third-party costs, and the stage of delivery.
Reasonable revisions may be included when stated in the project scope. A revision adjusts an agreed deliverable; it does not include a new concept, new page type, changed platform, additional integration, new automation, expanded campaign, or other material change in scope.
Additional work may require a new estimate, milestone, or timeline. We may request written confirmation before beginning any change that affects cost, delivery, risk, or technical architecture.
Deliverables may be shared through a staging website, repository, cloud folder, email, project platform, or live environment. The client should review work promptly and report clear, reproducible issues within the review period stated in the project agreement.
A deliverable may be treated as accepted when the client approves it, publishes or uses it, requests launch, pays the final milestone, or does not report material scope-related issues within a reasonable review period. Acceptance does not remove any express warranty or support commitment included in writing.
The client keeps ownership of materials supplied to us and grants us a limited licence to use those materials for the project.
Subject to full payment and any project-specific terms, ownership or usage rights in final custom deliverables will be provided as stated in the proposal or contract.
We retain ownership of our pre-existing methods, know-how, reusable code, internal tools, templates, processes, and generic components. Open-source software, fonts, stock media, plugins, APIs, platform features, and other third-party materials remain subject to their own licences. The client must continue to comply with those licences and pay renewal fees where applicable.
Unless confidentiality terms prevent it, we may identify completed public work in our portfolio or marketing. A client may request a different arrangement in writing before project approval.
Projects may rely on third-party hosting, domains, plugins, themes, APIs, payment gateways, analytics, advertising platforms, marketplaces, AI models, social networks, or other providers. Their services are governed by their own terms, prices, availability, security, and policies.
We are not responsible for outages, account suspensions, policy changes, discontinued features, price increases, data loss, platform decisions, or other events outside our reasonable control. We may assist with third-party issues as an additional service, but cannot guarantee a provider’s response or outcome.
Each party should protect non-public business, technical, financial, and project information received from the other and use it only for the relevant engagement. Confidentiality does not apply to information that is public through no breach, independently developed, lawfully received from another source, or required to be disclosed by law.
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and any project-specific data-processing terms. Clients should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information and should use secure methods for sharing passwords or access credentials.

We may refuse, pause, or terminate work that creates material legal, security, reputational, or platform-compliance risk.
We aim to provide professional work and use reasonable skill and care. However, business outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, advertising approval, cost per acquisition, platform acceptance, revenue, funding, uptime, cybersecurity, or uninterrupted operation.
AI and automation outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, inconsistent, or unsuitable for a particular use. Human review, testing, monitoring, and appropriate professional oversight remain necessary.
Except for any express commitment in a written project agreement, the website and general information are provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties are excluded.
Neither party will be liable to the other for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, opportunities, goodwill, or data, except where such exclusion is not legally permitted. Our total liability arising from a particular project will not exceed the amount paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the relevant project period, unless a signed agreement or applicable law requires otherwise.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct where applicable.
Either party may end a project according to the relevant agreement. We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, prolonged inactivity, unlawful requests, abuse, security risk, serious breach, or failure to provide essential cooperation.
On termination, the client must pay for completed work, approved milestones, committed third-party costs, and reasonable work in progress. Access, files, licences, handover, and post-termination support depend on payment status, ownership terms, technical feasibility, and the project agreement.
We encourage both parties to raise concerns promptly and attempt good-faith resolution through written communication before starting formal proceedings.
A project proposal or contract may specify governing law, courts, arbitration, mediation, or another dispute process. Where it does, that project-specific term controls. If no specific term has been agreed, the applicable law and forum will be determined according to the circumstances and relevant conflict-of-law rules.
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer a project agreement without written consent, except as legally permitted. We may use suitable contractors or service providers while remaining responsible for our own agreed obligations.
We may update these general terms by publishing a revised version on this page. Changes apply prospectively unless otherwise required or agreed.
